Roasted Kohlrabi


1 Kohlrabi Bulb
1/4 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Cajun Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper


Preheat the oven to 425°. Cut the kohlrabi bulb in quarters and peel the outer layer of skin. Chop it into 1/2” cubes. In a bowl, toss the kohlrabi with the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Roast approximately 25 minutes, or until tender/crisp. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
