As part of our ongoing commitment to providing education and resources for sustainable farming, we are bringing one of the industry’s leaders in soil biology, Gary Zimmer from Midwestern BioAg to our community. Gary has authored numerous books on soil biology and brings decades of experience in balancing soil and building biologicals in farms throughout the Midwest.
This one-day workshop is designed to teach farmers and growers the basics of balancing soil and building up nutrients to produce healthy, resilient soil systems capable of supporting healthy, high-yielding crops.

He’s the cofounder of Midwestern Bio Ag and with his family-owned Otter Creek Organic farm—a 1200 acre crop farm in SW Wisconsin with an emphasis on building healthy mineralized soils. He has authored three books on biological farming, along with many articles, and has traveled all over the world teaching and consulting.
